WOCA's Run, Rock, & Stroll, also known as Nancy's Run, Rock & Stroll, is a 2-mile (3.2 km) run/walk at Greenfield Park in West Allis, Wisconsin, on September 11, 2027, starting at 9:00 a.m. Organized by WOCA, it supports the community of people affected by ovarian cancer in Wisconsin.

Open to everyone, the event follows a scenic route through the park. Participants can sign up to honor a loved one, as a survivor or to support the cause. Wearing teal is encouraged, and the best costumes are recognized. Teams of 10 or more get discounted registration. Fundraising is encouraged, with incentives for participants and awards for the top fundraisers and the largest team. Leashed dogs, strollers and wheelchairs are welcome.
