The Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon, presented by Kia of Myrtle Beach, takes place in Myrtle Beach on October 9, 2027, with a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) at 7:00 a.m. and a 5K at 7:15 a.m. The course is flat and fast with ocean views, and a virtual option is also available.

The event partners with Grand Strand Brewing Company for a post-race celebration, and participants receive various items, including a medal and a tech shirt. Cash prizes and awards go to top finishers in several categories, and race proceeds benefit local nonprofits.
