About

Muddy Princess - Long Island, NY is a women-only 5K mud and obstacle race in Baiting Hollow, held on June 6, 2027, with the start at 8:00 a.m. It is designed for women of all shapes, ages and fitness levels, and puts fun ahead of competition, encouraging participants to run, walk, crawl and climb their way around the course.

Teams of any size are welcome, as are individual participants, and support is on hand so everyone can finish the course at her own pace. Participants must be at least 7 years old, and those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Spectators are welcome in designated areas, and a bag check is available for an additional fee. All participants must sign a waiver before taking part.
