Miles for Mammograms is a 5K held in Savannah, Georgia, on October 24, 2026, with the start at 10 a.m. One distance, one start: 3.1 miles on the roads, open to runners and walkers alike, and a morning that is over well before lunch.

The 10 a.m. start is later than most road races, which makes it easy to travel in on the same morning and still leaves room for a proper warm-up of ten easy minutes and a few strides.
