Miles 4 Madison 5K & 1K is a community race at Providence Park in the Sterling Ranch community of Littleton, Colorado, on September 18, 2027, with a 1K at 8:45 a.m. and a 5K at 9:15 a.m. It supports educational and recreational opportunities for families of children with differing abilities.

Everyone is welcome, including participants with strollers and pets. Proceeds have funded scholarships for summer camps and hippotherapy, donated playground equipment to schools and organized sensory-friendly events, and work is underway to build inclusive parks in the Chatfield Basin. Awards go to the top male and female runners.
