The Midnight Mountain Marathon at Talybont-on-Usk is a mountain trail event on 12 June 2027 offering a marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km), a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) and the tougher Bergen Run, which comes in 26.2-mile and 13.1-mile versions. Organised by the Midnight Mountain Marathon team, it takes runners into the breathtaking mountains of Bannau Brycheiniog, at Brecon in Powys, for a night of intense racing amid stunning scenery.

What makes it unique is the timing: athletes set off at 17:30, running into the sunset and through the magic of dusk.
