About

The Miccosukee Glades Runner takes runners deep into the Everglades near Miami on March 13, 2027, with a 50K ultramarathon, a 16.5-mile race (26.6 km) and a 5K, all starting at 7:30 a.m. The event is hosted by the Miccosukee Tribe of Florida, with the start and finish at the Miccosukee village near Shark Valley.

The program ranges from shorter fun runs up to ultra distances, so there is something for every level. Runners get to experience the famous Shark Valley loop, run on a paved road through the heart of the Everglades.
