About

The MetroHealth Resiliency Run at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cleveland celebrates the strength and recovery of trauma and burn survivors, as well as the caregivers who support them. On June 5, 2027, the 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk starts at 8:30 a.m., followed by a 1-mile walk at 9:00 a.m.

The event raises funds for these survivors at MetroHealth. Race participants receive a T-shirt and can explore the zoo and its rainforest. Supporters are welcome to come and cheer, and a virtual option is available for those taking part remotely.
