About

The Memorial Beach Challenge is an annual endurance event in Ocean City that combines competition with a tribute to service members and veterans. The 2027 Individual Challenge, a 2-mile (3.2 km) obstacle course, starts at 8:00 a.m. on May 22.

The soft-sand obstacle course is approved by Navy SEALs, and a kids' fun run draws participants of all ages. Proceeds go to 31Heroes, an organization that helps service members, veterans and their families.
