Mellow Trail Run

The Mellow Trail Run combines a trail race with a lakeside party near Austin and San Antonio, Texas, with distances ranging from a 5K up to the full marathon (26.2 miles). The event finishes at a unique lakeside line on Lake Travis, where runners can cool off right after crossing.

Course distances can shift slightly from year to year depending on the lake's water level. The race supports the Travis County Parks Foundation, and note that park entry requires a fee, with an added charge for extended stays. Runners receive a gift at the finish, though t-shirts are only guaranteed to those who register before a set deadline.
