The Medoc Trail Races, held in Medoc Mountain State Park in Hollister, North Carolina, offer a 10-miler (16.1 km) and a 5-miler (8 km) on October 17, 2026. Founded in 2008 and organized by four members of the Rocky Mount Endurance Club, the two trail races share the same start and finish area.

The 10-miler starts at 8:30 a.m. and the 5-miler at 8:45 a.m. Runners follow wooded trails through natural scenery that includes creeks and hills, with panoramic views along the way. Every participant receives a long-sleeve tech shirt, a custom medal and plenty of surprises. A dedicated volunteer team aims to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience, and the organizers work to improve the event each year based on runner feedback.
