Marathon de Trigo Badacsony

The Marathon de Trigo Badacsony (Trigo Badacsony Marathon) takes place on 25 April 2027 in Badacsonytomaj, Hungary, in the wine-growing region of Lake Balaton, with distances ranging from 3 km, 7 km and 12 km up to the half marathon and the marathon, both available solo or as a relay.

One of the shorter races has a charitable side, with part of the entry fees donated to a charity, and the 7 km course has 93 metres of elevation gain. Every route takes in panoramic views of vineyards, lakes and ponds, in close contact with the surrounding nature. Set at the foot of Mount Badacsony, the event combines sporting effort with the discovery of a Hungarian region known for its winemaking tradition, on the shores of the largest lake in Central Europe.
