About

Made in America is a late-May race weekend listed in Aubrey, Texas, with courses for all ages and abilities. The half marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 7:00 a.m., followed by the 10K at 7:05 a.m. and the 5K and a 1-mile run at 7:15 a.m. A kids' dash goes off earliest, at 6:50 a.m., giving young runners their own race.

Every participant receives a themed shirt and a finisher medal. Extra medals go to the top three in each age group, and special trophies are presented to age group winners and to the overall masters. Texas heat builds quickly by late May even at early hours, so start the half conservatively and drink at every aid opportunity.
