The LPRF Glow in the Park 5K is a fun, family-friendly 5K (3.1-mile) night race in Liberty, starting at 8:00 p.m. on September 11, 2027, to benefit the Liberty Parks & Rec Foundation youth scholarship program. The course starts at the Liberty Community Center and runs through Westboro/Canterbury Park.

Participants of all ages can enjoy an evening out on the course, and runners are encouraged to wear bright colors and glow accessories. Funds raised go directly to the scholarship program, which provides financial assistance so that every child has access to recreation activities and community programs.
