About

The Lost 118 Ultras is a 118-mile (190 km) ultramarathon held each year around Lake Okeechobee, Florida. The loop passes through five counties and starts and finishes in Clewiston. The next edition starts at 7:00 a.m. on February 27, 2027.

The event offers both solo and relay options, over longer or shorter distances. There are no aid stations on the course, so every solo runner must have a crew; relay runners can crew for themselves. Pacers are allowed from a designated point. Crews and pacers must register, and a one-time deferral to the following year is permitted.
