The Lone Star Trail Murph, organized by Unicus Athletics and Kainos CrossFit, combines trail running with bodyweight exercises on the Northshore Trail in Flower Mound, Texas. On April 10, 2027, the event offers a 10K (6.2 miles) trail race, a 5K (3.1 miles) trail race and a 2-mile option, all starting at 8:00 a.m.

Participants choose between Novice, Intermediate, Elite and Mixed divisions, each involving different amounts of running, pull-ups, push-ups and squats.
