The Lone Star Night Run is an endurance event held after dark at Lake Mineral Wells State Park in north Texas, with several options including a ruck division for those who prefer to run or walk with a weighted pack. The course follows a paved trail topped with fine, soft gravel, running out and back from the Weatherford Trailhead, across 5K, 10K, and half marathon (13.1-mile) distances, with the night setting adding a different feel to a familiar format.
