Liberty's Lost Treasure

Liberty's Lost Treasure is a trail event held in Guthrie, Oklahoma, on November 7, 2026. Three distances go off in staggered waves: the 50K (31 miles) at 8:00 AM, the 25K (15.5 miles) at 8:15 AM and the 5K at 8:30 AM. The late start times are welcome in November and make the trip to Guthrie easier for runners coming in from Oklahoma City or Tulsa.

With a 5K, a 25K and a 50K on the same day, the event works for a mixed group where each person picks the format that fits. First-time trail runners will find the 5K a low-risk introduction, and the 25K is a good target for anyone graduating from road half marathons. If you sign up for the 50K, prepare with a 16-week build that includes long runs on rolling, rooty terrain, and rehearse your aid-station routine so that you spend your time on the trail, not at the tables.
