About
The Leeds Abbey Dash is one of the city's most iconic running events, now run by Run For All. First held nearly 40 years ago, this flat, fast 10K has built a reputation as one of the best courses in the UK for setting a personal best. The 2026 race starts at 09:30 on 29 November.
The route runs through the heart of Leeds and past historic Kirkstall Abbey before finishing in the city centre to the cheers of an enthusiastic crowd. Every runner gets chip timing, a finisher's medal and a goody bag, with the option to pre-order a finisher's T-shirt and an iTAB. Age UK remains the lead charity partner, with fundraising supporting initiatives for older people. The Leeds Abbey Dash is an ideal way to round off the running season.
