The Lake Of The Woods 5k & 50k offers a 50K (31-mile) and a 5K (3.1-mile) trail run at a campground in Farmersville, Ohio, on February 6, 2027, along with a rucking option. The 5K starts at 7:50 a.m. and the 50K at 8:00 a.m.

The course is made up of several loops through the woods and around a lake, with hills and a creek crossing. Amenities include heated restrooms (weather permitting), an outdoor shelter serving as the main aid station, additional aid on course, a campfire area and hot food. Participants receive a poster, a drawstring bag and a finisher medal, with a hoodie available as an optional purchase. Awards are handed out once most runners have finished. Ruckers must carry a minimum weight, and the event goes ahead rain or shine.
