About

The Lake Escape 5K/10K/Kids 1K takes place in Loda, in the Iroquois area of Illinois, on June 19, 2027, with a 10K (6.2 miles), a 5K (3.1 miles) and a kids' 1K. The event offers several courses suited to different age groups and ability levels, on a scenic route around Bayles Lake and Lake Iroquois.

The 10K and 5K start together at 7:30 a.m., followed by the Kids 1K at 9:00 a.m. After the race, awards go to the overall male and female winners and to the top finishers in each age group, and all participants are invited to enjoy a swim in the lake.
