The GO! St. Louis KT82 Trail Relay is a team endurance event in Missouri covering 82 miles (132 km), with a 5:00 a.m. start on June 5, 2027. Teams of three or six runners split the distance into several trail legs.

The relay calls for teamwork and endurance over varied natural terrain and past historic sites, and post-race celebrations mark the sense of accomplishment at the finish.
