The KSM Water Walk 5K in Philadelphia is KSM's annual Run/Walk for Water for Life, a 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk starting at 9:00 a.m. on March 20, 2027, at the Water Works Building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It aims to raise awareness of the global water shortage highlighted by UNICEF and the WHO, which leaves many people without access to safe drinking water.

The event follows the World Water Day theme, Valuing Water, and supports clean water initiatives for children in the Kerion Valley. Early registration comes with a discounted rate and a free T-shirt. Packet pickup and registration are also available on race day, and proceeds go to clean water projects.
