About

The Kewash Trail Run takes place in Washington, Iowa, in late April, and now includes a new marathon (26.2 miles) alongside the half marathon (13.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles) and 5K (3.1 miles). The marathon and half marathon start at 8:00 AM, and the 10K and 5K start at 8:15 AM. The Kewash Trail is an out-and-back route with no technical difficulty, mixing gentle climbs with flat stretches, so it suits both beginners and experienced runners. Participants receive a race shirt, a medal, a post-race drink voucher for those over 21 and free access to race photos. Because it is out and back, you will see other runners on the way.
