The July 4th Run 5K/10K/13.1 SAN FRANCISCO takes place in San Mateo on July 4, 2027 to celebrate American independence, with a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K (6.2 miles), a 5K (3.1 miles) and a 1-mile Family Fun Run (1.6 km), all starting at 7:30 a.m.
