The Island Ripple Run is a 4 mile race (6.4 km) held on July 18, 2027, at Diamond Cove, covering Great Diamond Island and Little Diamond Island in Portland's Casco Bay. Runners follow scenic roads and wooded trails while taking in ocean views. The main race starts at 9:30 a.m.

The event also includes a kids' race, the Kids Diamond Dash, at 9:15 a.m., and ends with light refreshments. Proceeds benefit Rippleffect's Dennis Farrell Memorial Scholarship Fund, based on neighboring Cow Island.
