The In the Cut 5K is an annual fun run/walk at Nankin Mills Recreation Area in Westland, Michigan, with a 5K run/walk and a 1-mile (1.6 km) Cruiser Run/Walk, both starting at 9:00 a.m. on September 4, 2027. It is organized by the Rho Mu Nu chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the Like Minds Foundation.

This community event promotes healthier living and welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Attendees can also meet local health care groups and fitness professionals dedicated to community wellness.
