The Hope and Heroes Run - WA takes place at Marymoor Park in Redmond, King County, on October 10, 2027, to raise awareness of PANS/PANDAS, a condition that affects children and their families. The Unstoppable 10K starts at 9:30 a.m., the Heroic Sip and Stroll 5K walk at 9:35 a.m. and the Fearless 5K at 9:45 a.m.

The program also includes a family run, a special sprint for young children and a relaxed stroll. Participants of all ages are encouraged to join in, dress up and take part in a community celebration centered on courage and hope.
