About

The Apex Hispanic Heritage 5K is a festive race in Fort Myers, Florida, that celebrates Hispanic culture. Since the 2026 edition, the race has started and finished at Bell Tower Shops. Runners can choose a chip-timed 5K or a 1-mile fun run/walk.

The event feels more like a party than a typical race, with a live DJ and an MC. When registering, each participant picks a country to represent, and Hispanic-themed outfits and flags are welcome. After the race, registered runners can join a Latin couples dance competition, followed by the awards ceremony.
