Hilltopper Half Marathon

Hilltopper Half Marathon is held on July 25, 2027, in Millbrook, Dutchess County, New York. One distance is on the program: the half marathon (13.1 mi), on a course whose defining feature is its rolling profile. Start times are not listed in our records.

A race that advertises its hills is telling you how to run it: by effort, with the expectation that your mile splits will swing widely either side of the average. In the Hudson valley in late July, humidity compounds that — run the climbs at a pace you could hold in conversation, and take the descents freely rather than braking to protect a number on your watch.
