The High Hope Endurance Run 200K 100K 50K 25K 10K 5K takes place at the vast, eco-friendly High Hope Ranch in Glen Rose, in the Texas Hill Country, on May 22–23, 2027. The 200K (124 miles) starts at 12:01 a.m. on May 22, while the 100K (62 miles), 50K (31 miles), 25K (15.5 miles), 10K and 5K trail runs are held on both days, starting between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.

The challenging courses suit all levels, on scenic trails through pristine landscapes. Finishers receive a T-shirt and a medal, plus a special buckle for the ultra distances. Facilities include designated camping areas and several aid stations, and after crossing the finish line runners can celebrate with a meal and refreshments.
