The Heroes and Villains Half Marathon- San Antonio offers a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a quarter marathon (6.55 miles / 10.5 km), a 5K (3.1 miles) and a 1-mile run at Southside Lions Park in San Antonio on September 11, 2027, all starting at 7:00 a.m. The event is organized by Bigfoot Running Company.

Before the race, participants can enter a costume contest. Finishers receive medals and T-shirts, and the post-race festivities include an awards ceremony and music.
