The Heroes and Villains Half Marathon - Little Rock takes place in North Little Rock on September 19, 2027, with races for all ages: a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a quarter marathon (6.55 miles / 10.5 km), a 5K and a 1-mile run at 7 a.m., and a Kids Dash at 6:55 a.m.

The event features a hero costume contest, live music and awards for the top overall runners and age-group winners. Every finisher receives a medal and a T-shirt. The course runs through beautiful local parks and is lined with aid stations.
