Hell on Earth Halloween 5k

Hell on Earth Halloween 5k is run in the Richmond Hill area of Queens, New York, on October 25, 2026, with one distance on the program: a 5K, 3.1 miles, starting at 9:00 a.m. The race is held on a closed section of Forest Park Drive, and there is a large free parking lot at hand.

Closed pavement and a single loop distance make this an honest 5K if you want to see what your speed looks like, and it works equally well for a first race, since the field is family-oriented and costumes are part of the day. Children under 12 enter at a reduced rate. Everyone who signs up gets a custom beanie, a commemorative bib, and a finisher medal, with treats and themed drinks waiting at the end. Two or three weeks of short intervals is all the sharpening the distance really needs.
