Helen's 5K Run/Walk is a community 5K (3.1 miles) in Sands Point on September 19, 2027, with the LIVE 5K Run/Walk starting at 9:30 a.m. Participants can take part in person or virtually.

The event promotes the inclusion of people of all ages and abilities, with a focus on supporting people who are blind, DeafBlind or have low vision. Funds raised go to Destiny Home, a residence for DeafBlind people, and to HKNC's communication access initiatives. Awards are presented in several categories, recognizing overall and age-group finishers as well as participants with physical disabilities.
