Happy Girls Sisters Trail Half Marathon and 5K Road Run

Happy Girls Sisters Trail Half Marathon and 5K Road Run gathers women runners in Sisters, Oregon, on October 24, 2026. The women's half marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 9 a.m. on singletrack through the Deschutes National Forest, while the 10K at 9:15 a.m. and the 5K at 9:30 a.m. are road courses winding through downtown Sisters.
