About
The Hambledon Hilly is an endurance event at Hambledon Vineyard, the oldest commercial vineyard in England, held in Hambledon on 18 September 2027 with 20 km, 10 km and 5 km races for adults plus 2 km and 1 km kids’ races. The courses combine trail and road running over scenic, challenging terrain.
The kids’ races take place on the vineyard estate, while the other races start and finish at the vineyard, with an uphill final stretch. The courses include technical sections with natural obstacles such as ruts, roots and flints, so the event is more about the experience and the scenery than about setting personal bests.
