Halloween Trick or Trot Run 5K/10K/13.1 SAN ANTONIO is held on the streets of San Antonio, Texas, on October 31, 2026. The half marathon (13.1 miles), the 10K, the 5K and a family one-mile fun run all go off at 7:30 a.m. The annual event is open to every level and finishers receive a runner shirt and a finisher medal.
