The Hal Canfield Memorial MileFest is a 1-mile (1.6 km) race in Knoxville on April 17, 2027. The Hal Canfield Memorial Mile is part of the Volunteer Track Classic, and proceeds go to the Hal Canfield Endowment Scholarship fund for local high school athletes.
