The Greenway Half Marathon, 10K & 5K is a series of running races in Leetonia, Ohio, on October 3, 2027, with a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) starting at 8 a.m. and a 10K and 5K both starting at 8:15 a.m.

Runners follow the Little Beaver Creek Greenway Trail, starting and finishing at the Leetonia Trailhead. Professional chip timing is provided, and water and energy gels are available at points along the course. Early registrants receive custom long-sleeve T-shirts and unique medals. After the race, refreshments and snacks are served and awards are presented to winners in various categories.
