Greenbelt's Vineyard Hill Trail Run is held on trails in Hamilton and Topsfield, Massachusetts, on August 21, 2027, with the 10K (6.2-mile) and 5K (3.1-mile) trail runs both starting at 9 a.m. The course takes runners through Vineyard Hill, Bradley Palmer State Park and Shaw Field.
