LSSU GLSW Kinesiology Club 5K

LSSU GLSW Kinesiology Club 5K is held in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan on October 24, 2026. The 5K fun run/walk starts at 9:00 a.m. and is organized by the kinesiology club at Lake Superior State University.

Student-organized races tend to be small and informal, which is exactly the setting for a first 5K — no corrals, no pressure, and a field that includes plenty of walkers. Bring a layer you can shed before the start, and do not skip the warm-up.
