Get the Slack Out 5k & Beer Mile takes place in Cape May Court House on May 30, 2027, at Dennisville Recreational Park, with a 5K (3.1 miles) and an 8K (5 miles), both starting at 9 a.m. The course runs on paved paths suited to all abilities.

After the race, participants can enjoy refreshments and a meal at a nearby local brewery. Every runner receives a custom beer glass, free race photos and a finisher's medal. Awards also go to the top male and female finishers and the age-group winners.
