The Foy’s to Blacktail Trail Marathon near Kalispell, Montana, is a point-to-point mountain marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km) that showcases the Foy's to Blacktail Trails network. The race takes place on June 20, 2027, with a 7 a.m. start.

Runners meet at Herron Park for a pre-race briefing and bib pickup before being shuttled to the start. Bear spray is mandatory because of the risk of wildlife encounters. There is a cutoff at Emmons Saddle, which requires an average pace faster than about 3.1 mph (5 km/h).

The marathon, along with other races, is an annual fundraiser for trail maintenance. It is part of the Flathead Race Series, which ends with overall standings and potential awards.
