About

The Fox Valley Marathon, based in Wayne and St. Charles, offers a marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km), the Fall Final 20 (20 miles / 32.2 km), the Fox Valley Half Marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) and a 5K, all on September 19, 2027. The event combines the charm of a small race with the amenities of a big one, which makes it a great fit for experienced runners and first-timers alike.

The mostly flat course starts and finishes in historic St. Charles, winds through the scenic surroundings of Geneva, Batavia and North Aurora, and closes with sweeping views of the Fox River. Enthusiastic volunteers and lively crowds create an energizing atmosphere, while the pre-race expo and post-race celebrations add to the appeal of this popular regional event.
