About

The Food for Others Tysons 5K & Fun Run in Tysons Corner, Virginia, raises awareness of food insecurity in Northern Virginia. On September 25, 2027, the 5K (3.1 miles) starts at 8 a.m., followed by the 1-mile fun run/walk at 8:10 a.m.

Participants and volunteers can help by writing notes to students in the Power Pack program, which provides weekend food packs. Both races are professionally timed. Participants receive a commemorative bib and T-shirt, and the post-race celebration includes music, food and sponsor booths.
