The Fluted Rock Marathon and half marathon take place in Kinlichee, Arizona, on June 26, 2027, organized by the Office of Miss Navajo Nation and Navajo YES. The full marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km) starts at 6:30 a.m. and the half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) at 7:00 a.m.

The out-and-back course showcases Diné running traditions and the surrounding landscape, including sandstone canyons and ancient Anasazi dwellings. The event offers professional timing, water stations along the course and medical support for participants.
