The Firecracker 4-Miler in Canfield, Mahoning County, Ohio, is held to celebrate America's birthday. On July 4, 2027, the half-mile Firecracker Kids Run starts at 8:15 a.m., followed by the 4-mile (6.4 km) race through Canfield at 8:30 a.m.

The race is open to runners of all ages. Donations collected support the Midlothian Free Health Clinic, in memory of Jim Benedict. Awards will be given to top finishers in various categories.
