Fire Fest Ultra

Fire Fest Ultra runs in Moapa Valley, Nevada, on November 21–22, 2026, organized by Triple Dare Runs. The weekend is unusually broad: a 100-mile and a 100K (62 miles) on the first day, plus 24-hour and 12-hour timed events, and then a full menu repeated on both days — 50K (31 miles), marathon (26.2 miles), half marathon (13.1 miles), 10K and 5K. Every format is run on desert trail.

With that many options, the practical question is how much of the weekend you want to spend on your feet. Doubling up, a marathon one day and a half the next, is a classic way to bank ultra-style fatigue without racing an ultra. Southern Nevada in late November is cool by day and cold once the sun drops, so pack layers even for a short distance, and plan on carrying more water than the mileage suggests.
