The Father's Day Race to end Polio Run/Walk 5K takes place in Parkersburg on June 5, 2027, with the 5K (3.1 miles) starting at 9:00 a.m. The event raises money for Rotary's mission to eradicate polio worldwide.

Participants can choose to run or walk, making the race accessible to every level. Awards go to the top three male and female finishers in both categories, as well as the top two in each age group. The first 115 registrants receive a T-shirt, and RCRWC club members get a discount.
